Veterankørsel skal kortlægges

På vegne af MHS(motorhistorisk samråd) giver vi hermed opfordringen om at svare på CPH Wings logospørgeskemaet, videre.

I forbindelse med et event på den store Techno Classica messe i Essen i Tyskland, bliver der i dag taget hul på den nye Europæiske brugerundersøgelse omkring veterankøretøjer.

Fra i dag og frem til 1. juni, vil alle Europas veteranentusiaster kunne klikke ind på FIVA's brugerundersøgelse hos det store hollandske analyseinstitut GfK.

Det er medlemmerne i de europæiske veterankøretøjsklubber der er organiseret under FIVA, der nu skal byde ind med informationer om deres eget brug af de historiske køretøjer. I Danmark er det Motorhistorisk Samråd der står for indsamlingen af oplysningerne, via vores hjemmeside motorhistorisk.dk

I forbindelse med konkrete politiske drøftelser, der skal sikre den fortsatte bevarelse og brugen af de historiske køretøjer, der er der et behov for at have aktuelle og valide data og det er dem der vil kunne udledes af denne undersøgelse. Der er derfor et behov for et så stort og varieret svarantal som muligt

Fra den 26. marts og frem til 1. juni 2014 vil man kunne deltage i undersøgelsen, hvis endelige resultat forventes offentliggjort i oktober/november.

Der har den seneste tid været tvivl om leveringstiden på de historiske nummerplader. SKAT oplyser at der nu maksimum vil gå otte uger fra ansøgningen er afleveret på et lokalt motorkontor til endelig levering. Flere motorkontorer har fejlagtigt meddelt kunderne, at der kan gå op til fem eller seks måneder, før de historiske nummerplader vil blive leveret. Ifølge SKATs ledelse skyldes det, at de ansvarlige på motorkontorerne ikke har turdet love, at leveringen ville blive indenfor otte uger og i stedet har sagt flere måneder, så kunderne er blevet glædeligt overrasket, når de historiske nummerplader er blevet leveret hurtigere end forventet. En ny opgørelse fra SKAT viser, at der i Danmark er 5.154 aktive, historiske nummerplader. Heraf er der i perioden april 2011 til og med oktober 2011 bestilt 1.301 nummerplader, hvilket blandt andet skyldes, at motorcykler og biler fra 1958 til 1976 nu også kan få historiske nummerplader.

Den 31. oktober 2011 skulle SKAT i forbindelse med nyt køretøjsregister gå over til Digitalt Motorkøretøjs Register (DMR). SKAT meddeler nu, at indførelsen for DMR er udskudt i hvert fald til foråret – muligvis længere. Det betyder, at ejere af veteranbiler og veteranmotorcykler fra 1958 – 1976 fortsat kan få det ønskenummer (medmindre det er optaget), som passer til køretøjets første indregistreringsdato – de historiske, sorte nummerplader.
